CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Monday/Wednesday - 5am and 9am
Led by Shannon Burns
Join me on Mondays and Wednesdays and you will be joining a Group 1:1 training Session. Focus will be on YOU and your goals. The workouts will be designed around the clients attending the class. SO, you will need to sign up with me at least one day before each class. NO Drop-ins. We will be doing some bodyweight training(Calisthenics), some traditional weight lifting, some functional training and lots and lots of mobility training. Let's figure out what your body needs and go from there. There will be workouts that only focus on your lower body, some workouts that only focus on your upper body and some that focus on both. With little to no cardio. All levels are welcome. I look forward to finding out where you are starting from in your fitness journey and as we progress forward you will have a supportive group cheering you on the entire way. Let's get strong together
Muscle Up Group Fit

Muscle Up Group Fit is a one hour full body circuit training workout that will build muscle, endurance and strength while being in a supportive group setting.
