Group Class Schedule - FALL 2022

PRICE LIST:
-To attend unlimited M/W - $120 per month
-To attend unlimited T/TH - $120 per month
-To attend all classes unlimited - $190 per month
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Monday/Wednesday - 5am and 9am
Led by Shannon Burns
Join me on Mondays and Wednesdays and you will be joining a Group 1:1 training Session. Focus will be on YOU and your goals. The workouts will be designed around the clients attending the class. SO, you will need to sign up with me at least one day before each class. NO Drop-ins. We will be doing some bodyweight training(Calisthenics), some traditional weight lifting, some functional training and lots and lots of mobility training. Let's figure out what your body needs and go from there. There will be workouts that only focus on your lower body, some workouts that only focus on your upper body and some that focus on both. With little to no cardio. All levels are welcome. I look forward to finding out where you are starting from in your fitness journey and as we progress forward you will have a supportive group cheering you on the entire way. Let's get strong together.

Join me on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s @ 6 AM for a full body, boot-camp style workout! In this class we will be working on building strength, endurance, balance, and even increasing flexibility/mobility. We will do so using your own body weight and a variety of exercise equipment. Each workout will consist of a warm-up, some cardio, a lot of strength/resistance training, and will usually end with a stretching, flexibility cool-down. This class is made for all fitness levels and each exercise can be modified to meet you where your at! This is a small, group class setting where you will have extra attention for things such as form, build community, and have a team to support you through your fitness journey! We can’t wait to see you there!!
